Onyxpane is operated by DomaineGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Panama. The company describes the brand in one statement, used the same way on every page:

Onyxpane sells one product: Windows Server VPS on KVM virtualization, with full Administrator access over Remote Desktop. It is your own server, not a shared RDP account on someone else's machine. vCPU are shared CPU cores; the RAM and the NVMe disk space of your plan are reserved for your server. Every server has one dedicated IPv4 address. Traffic quotas count outgoing data per 30-day period; over the quota there is never an automatic extra charge.

How does an Onyxpane Windows server reach you?

A person on the Onyxpane team creates each Windows server by hand once your payment is confirmed, so delivery is not instant.

1. Open an account. Sign in with an account number; an email address is optional.
2. Pick a plan, a location and a Windows Server edition. No SSH key is needed.
3. Top up your balance in crypto. The top-up is set to the plan price, or to the $25 minimum for a cheaper plan.
4. A person creates your server after your payment is confirmed, so it is not instant; your dashboard shows the status, then the IP address and the Administrator password once the server is running.
5. Connect. You log in as Administrator over Remote Desktop on port 3389; the temporary password appears in your dashboard and you change it at first login.

What rules does every Onyxpane server follow?

Every Onyxpane server follows three decisions of the owner: DMCA notices are ignored, only Panamanian law applies and no logs are kept.

• DMCA ignored: DMCA ignored: we do not act on DMCA notices or other foreign copyright notices. We answer only to Panamanian law and to orders of Panamanian courts.
• Law: Onyxpane is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and answers only to Panamanian law. The datacenter that houses each server is in its own country and follows that country’s law.
• No logs: No logs: we keep no connection logs, no traffic logs and no IP addresses of visitors or customers, on the website, the dashboard or the server.
• Still prohibited: No carding or payment fraud, no use of stolen accounts or identities, no credential stuffing or brute-forcing of other people’s systems, no spam or bulk email, no phishing, no malware or botnet control, no DDoS or other attacks, no booter or stresser services, no child sexual abuse material, no cryptocurrency mining, and no service to sanctioned people or companies.
• Mail: Outgoing port 25 (SMTP) is closed on every server to stop spam, and it stays closed. Ports 465 and 587 to mail providers stay open.

Onyxpane offers no backups, no DDoS promise, no desktop Windows, no Monero and no Lightning payments.

• Backups: No automatic backups are included: keep your own copies of anything that matters.
• DDoS: No DDoS protection is promised beyond what the datacenter network does by default.
• Desktop Windows: Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025, Standard edition, in English. No desktop Windows 10 or 11.
• Monero: not accepted, because Onyxpane has no Monero integration. According to Onyxpane's check of 30 October 2026, 16 of 40 active Windows hosts accept Monero. If you pay only in XMR, choose one of them.
