Quick answer
What is an offshore RDP?
An offshore RDP is a Windows server with Remote Desktop rented from a company outside your own country. People choose it for that company's law on privacy, data requests and takedown notices. At Onyxpane, offshore means the company: it is registered in Panama, while the servers sit in New York, London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. Plans start at $6.74 for 30 days. No KYC, paid in crypto.

What does offshore mean for a Windows RDP?
Offshore means outside your own country. A Windows RDP is offshore when the company that rents it, the datacenter that runs it, or both, are in another country than you.
An offshore RDP is a Windows server rented from a company or datacenter abroad, chosen for its laws on privacy, data requests and takedown notices.
The word is relative. A London server is offshore for a buyer in India or Brazil, but not for a buyer in Manchester. The RDP itself is the same: you log in to a Windows desktop on a remote server, as on any admin RDP.
Where are Onyxpane's offshore RDP servers?
In New York, London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. The offshore part of Onyxpane is the company, DomaineGoat LLC, registered in Panama. Offshore here means the company, not the datacenter.
Onyxpane is offshore by its company, in Panama; its Windows servers sit in ordinary datacenters in the US, the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.
Three laws apply at once: the host company's, the datacenter's and yours. Each covers a different part of the service.
Layer
Whose law
At Onyxpane
The host company
The country where the company is registered
Panama: DMCA and foreign copyright notices ignored; records handed over only on an order of a Panamanian court
The datacenter
The country where the server sits
United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands or Germany, each under its own law
You, the customer
The country where you live or run your business
Unchanged by where the server or the host is
Onyxpane is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and answers only to Panamanian law. The datacenter that houses each server is in its own country and follows that country’s law. DMCA ignored: we do not act on DMCA notices or other foreign copyright notices. We answer only to Panamanian law and to orders of Panamanian courts.
What does an offshore company change, and what does it not?
An offshore company changes who the host answers to and what it keeps. It does not change the datacenter's country or your own.
Changes: foreign copyright notices are ignored, and only Panamanian law and court orders apply. Onyxpane keeps no connection logs, no traffic logs and no IP addresses, and asks for no ID.
Does not change: each datacenter follows its own country's law and runs its own network. Your country's law still covers what you do.
Never allowed: No carding or payment fraud, no use of stolen accounts or identities, no credential stuffing or brute-forcing of other people’s systems, no spam or bulk email, no phishing, no malware or botnet control, no DDoS or other attacks, no booter or stresser services, no child sexual abuse material, no cryptocurrency mining, and no service to sanctioned people or companies.
An offshore company moves the host's legal address, not the server's, and not yours. The legal side is on is buying a Windows RDP legal.

Rarely. The classic offshore countries are thin on Windows servers. In our 30 October 2026 check, 9 Windows hosts sell Switzerland, 6 Bulgaria, 5 Romania, 2 Iceland and 1 Moldova; none sells Panama. Each option has a catch worth knowing.
