Quick answer
What does Onyxpane keep about me?
No logs: no connection logs, no traffic logs, no IP addresses of visitors or customers, and no record of how you reached the site beyond a referral code, if the link you followed carried one. We keep only what running your server and billing need: your account number and optional email, your orders and top-ups (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date), and each server’s name, plan, location, system, IP addresses and dates, plus the temporary Administrator password we set, which stops opening the server once you change it. We do not control the datacenter’s own network equipment. Records are handed over only on an order of a Panamanian court. An email address is kept only if you add one. Onyxpane sets no cookies, loads no analytics or advertising scripts, and never asks for ID, a selfie or documents.
1. Who is responsible for your data
DomaineGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Panama, runs Onyxpane and is responsible for the data described here. The terms of service name it as the seller. Privacy questions go to [email protected].
2. No logs
No logs: we keep no connection logs, no traffic logs and no IP addresses of visitors or customers, on the website, the dashboard or the server.
Your IP address reaches our servers with each request, as on any website. It is used to answer that request and, in memory only, to limit the number of requests; it is never written to a log or a file.
Onyxpane stores no record of how you reached the site: no referring site, campaign tag or landing page, in your browser or on our side. The one exception is a referral code carried by the link you followed (section 3). Onyxpane does not control the datacenter's own network equipment, which follows the law of its own country.
3. What we keep
The table lists each record Onyxpane keeps, why it exists and where it comes from, including what you send with an order.
| Record | Why it exists | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Account number | To sign you in and link your orders, balance and servers | Created when you open an account |
| Email address (optional) | To send your account number back if you lose it | Only if you add one |
| Top-ups: amount in dollars and in crypto, coin, network, rate, date and the transaction ID (TXID) | To find the payment on the blockchain and credit it | You, and the public blockchain |
| Orders and balance movements | Billing, renewals and refunds | Your orders |
| Each server: the name you choose, plan, location, Windows edition, IP addresses, Remote Desktop port and user, and dates (created, renewed, suspended, reinstalled, deleted) | To run, renew and bill the server | Your order and our team |
| Temporary Administrator password | To let you log in the first time. Once you change it, the stored one no longer opens the server | Set by our team at delivery or after a reinstall |
| Reboot, reinstall and delete requests, with their dates | So the team can carry them out | Your dashboard |
| Referral code, if the link you followed carried one | Sent with a top-up to record which referral link the order came from | The link you followed |
| Dashboard language | Sent with a top-up so the team knows your language | Your browser |
| Support emails | To answer you | Emails you send us |
4. What we never collect
- No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card, no phone number.
- No name, postal address or date of birth: no form asks for them.
- No card or bank details: payment is in crypto only.
- No Windows password you set: you change it inside Windows, and it never reaches Onyxpane.
- No account number or Administrator password by email or chat. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number or your Administrator password, by email or in a chat.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Onyxpane sets no cookies. The website and the dashboard load no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the fonts come from Onyxpane's own server.
Some features keep small items in your browser's storage. They stay on your device until they expire or you clear them, except where the table says they are sent.
| Item | Where | What it holds | Sent to Onyxpane? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Language choice | Website, only when a language menu is shown | The language you picked in the menu | No |
| Session | Dashboard | A sign-in token that keeps you signed in, removed when you sign out | The token or your account number goes with each dashboard request, over HTTPS |
| Account and payment copy | Dashboard | Your account number, optional email, language and referral code, and your top-ups (reference, amount, coin, network, address, status), so a payment page survives a reload | Already on file |
| Pending top-ups | Dashboard | Top-ups not yet received by our server, sent again until it accepts them | Yes, until accepted |
| Referral code | Dashboard | The code of a referral link you followed, if any | Yes, with each top-up |
| New account reminder | Dashboard | The account number created at checkout, until you confirm that you saved it (30 days at most) | No |
| New account number | Dashboard, this tab only | A new account number until you confirm that you saved it | No |
| Coin and network | Dashboard | The coin and network you last paid with, to preselect them | No |
| Dashboard language | Dashboard | The language of the dashboard | No |
On a shared computer, sign out and clear the site's data when you finish.
When you pay in BTC, ETH, SOL or LTC, the payment page asks a public price service for the US dollar rate: Coinbase first, then CoinGecko if Coinbase does not answer. The request carries no cookie, no referrer and no account data, but the service sees your IP address, as any website does. USDT and USDC are priced at one dollar and need no such request.
The .rdp file is built in your browser from the server's address and user name. It never contains the password, and it is saved only where you choose. The device tab opened first in the connection steps is guessed from your browser; that guess is neither stored nor sent.
6. Payments and public blockchains
Crypto payments are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see the amount, the time and the addresses of a transaction. The transaction ID of a top-up therefore links it to the history of the wallet that paid. Incoming payments are checked against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses; a payment from a listed address is not credited. No card or bank processor is involved. The guide on how to buy a Windows RDP with Bitcoin shows each payment step.
7. Email address (optional)
An email address is optional. Your account number is how you sign in, so store it carefully. With an optional email on file you can recover it; with no email, a lost number is gone for good. With an email on file, the dashboard's recovery page sends your account number to that address. If you write to support, we keep your email address and your message to answer you.
8. How we use data and who receives it
We use the records above to run your account, create and renew your servers, credit payments, answer support and handle abuse reports. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Records are handed over only on an order of a Panamanian court. DMCA notices and other foreign demands receive no data. The datacenter provider runs the hardware and the network of your server, under the law of its own country. The page on what still links a Windows RDP to you explains the limits of these rules.
9. How long we keep data
- Server disk: a server that is not renewed keeps its disk for 7 days, then the disk is deleted. A deletion or a reinstall that you request erases the disk.
- Temporary Administrator password: a reinstall replaces it with a new one. The password you set yourself is never stored by Onyxpane.
- Browser items: until you sign out or clear them, as section 5 explains.
10. Your choices
You can use Onyxpane without an email address. You can delete each server from your dashboard, which erases its disk. For any question about the data on your account, write to [email protected] with an order reference (ORD-…), never with your account number. The page about how much a Windows RDP costs at Onyxpane shows what an order contains before you pay.
11. Security
Your account number is your login, so store it in a password manager. You log in as Administrator over Remote Desktop on port 3389; the temporary password appears in your dashboard and you change it at first login. Install Windows updates and limit Remote Desktop where you can, as the guide on how to secure Remote Desktop on a Windows VPS shows.
12. Age
Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Onyxpane does not knowingly hold data about anyone younger.
13. Changes and contact
We can update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force. Privacy questions: [email protected].
